{"id":761,"date":"2022-09-16T15:43:41","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T07:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atrustcorp.com\/?page_id=761"},"modified":"2023-04-11T16:28:58","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T08:28:58","slug":"conflict-minerals-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.atrustcorp.com\/jp\/conflict-minerals-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Conflict Minerals Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dear Suppliers,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On August 22, 2012, the US Securities and Exchange Commission adopted final rules to implement, starting from 2013, reporting and disclosure requirements related to \u201cConflict Minerals\u201d, as directed by Article 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of July, 2010. \u201cConflict Minerals\u201d refer to gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo and surrounding countries. Violent conflict in the region has been allegedly financed by trade of such minerals.As a member of the global society, Atrust Computer Corp. (\u201cAtrust\u201d) supports the initiative aiming to prevent violence, and therefore decides to adopt a Conflict Minerals free policy.
